3 years agoBefore Thursday's 103-89 loss to the Philadelphia 76ers, Denver Nuggets wing Will Barton (back) was doubtful for the contest. However, he was upgraded to active for the game and produced, arguably, his best outing of the year. In 34 minutes, Barton scored 19 points on 7-for-14 shooting, with nine rebounds, eight assists, and four three-pointers. The 30-year old is averaging 4.25 three-pointers per game over his previous four games and is hitting 45.8 percent of his deep ball attempts in November. Denver plays again on Friday against Chicago, so it'll be worth monitoring Barton's injury status if there is a flare-up after his big Thursday night.--Euan Leith
