5 years agoThe Denver Nuggets will be without both shooting guard/small forward Will Barton and small/power forward Michael Porter Jr. when they take the floor Wednesday against the Los Angeles Lakers to close out the first half. Barton will miss his fourth consecutive contest due to an inflamed right knee, while Porter is out of the mix for the sixth straight game with a right ankle ailment. Jerami Grant and Torrey Craig are expected to continue seeing considerable roles with both men out of the mix. The next chance that Barton and Porter have at getting back into action comes Feb. 21 against Oklahoma City, giving the duo ample time to recover.--Jesse Borek
