5 years agoDenver Nuggets shooting guard/small forward Will Barton (knee) did not miss a beat when he returned to the lineup on Friday, but his solid play was not enough in the 12-point loss to the Thunder. Barton made half of his 12 shots, en route to 16 points, while gathering nine rebounds with five assists, and he also chipped in a steal with two triples in 32 minutes of action. Owners can hope the knee inflammation was not an issue after this one, but knees can be tricky. We can assume he will be good to go on Sunday, pending no setbacks, when his club squares off against the Timberwolves.--Gianni Costantiello
