4 years agoNew York Yankees third baseman and outfielder Miguel Andujar was called up from the team’s alternate site on Tuesday. Playing time isn’t readily available at third base or in the outfield despite Andujar’s call-up, so it’s unlikely that the 25-year-old will find his way into regular playing time. That being said, the Yankees have toyed with the idea of moving third baseman Gio Urshela over to shortstop with Gleyber Torres (hamstring) and DJ LeMahieu (thumb) sidelined, a move that would allow Andujar to start at third base. Still, Andujar is nothing more than a DFS option for fantasy purposes for now given his likely to be inconsistent playing time.--Sam Chinitz
