3 years agoPhiladelphia Phillies starting pitcher Zach Eflin (knee) has officially been named the team's starting pitcher for Saturday's game against the San Diego Padres. Eflin has been dealing with knee discomfort over the past few weeks. Due to the injury, he was pulled after just two innings in his last start against the Washington Nationals last Sunday. The 28-year-old has had an up-and-down season that's included some impressive performances, but he's been tough to trust for fantasy managers overall. Across 12 starts this year, he's gone 2-5 with a 4.43 ERA and a 1.19 WHIP.--Andrew Ericksen - RotoBaller
