6 years agoChicago Bulls point/shooting guard Zach LaVine was quiet during Sunday’s loss to the Atlanta Hawks, finishing with a middling 12 points on 3-for-9 shooting, adding just two rebounds and two assists to his stat line. Those numbers come in stark contrast to the 35 field-goal attempts he had in Friday’s four-overtime thriller, so there was likely some let down from LaVine, who entered the game dealing with a back ailment. More concerning for owners moving forward is that LaVine took single-digit shots for just the second time all season. Things don’t get easier when he faces the defensively stout Indiana Pacers in his next match-up Tuesday.--Jesse Borek
