Zach LaVine Finishes With 22 Points In Loss
5 years agoChicago Bulls guard Zach LaVine posted 22 points, eight assists, two rebounds and one steal on 8-for-17 shooting from the field in Friday's 133-118 loss to the Nets. The 24-year-old wrapped up his terrific month with another effective night on the offensive end, highlighted by his 17th 20+ point performance of January. Overall through the beginning of the calendar year, LaVine produced averages of 28.9 points, 5.4 rebounds, 4.1 assists and 1.6 steals on 46% shooting from field goal range. LaVine's dominant stretch of performances to begin 2020 were highlighted by a trio of 40+ point contests, while the 24-year-old posted first round value during a large portion of the month. LaVine is currently posting top-10 fantasy value across standard formats, making the sixth year guard a must-start player moving forward.
