3 years agoWith the No. 10 selection in the 2021 NBA Draft, the New Orleans Pelicans selected forward Ziaire Williams. However, he is unofficially a Memphis Grizzly after both clubs made a deal throughout the week which saw Jonas Valanciunas, Eric Bledsoe, and Steven Adams changing addresses. Smith averaged 11.4 points and 4.3 boards at Stanford during the 2020-21 season. His inconsistent play on the offensive end and his tendency to get injured is very concerning, especially for the fantasy managers who select him in dynasty formats. However, he has the chance to see the floor more often than most in his draft class, so the upside is certainly higher as a result, primarily if he can develop quickly moving ahead.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller
