Zion Williamson Bounces Back With Efficient Night
4 years agoNew Orleans Pelicans forward Zion Williamson struggled to 31.8 percent shooting in his last outing but produced 20 points on an efficient 9-for-13 shooting in a loss to the Suns. Williamson largely had an empty line besides the scoring, but it was good to see the 20-year-old get his shot back on track. It's been a good start to the year for the second-year pro, as he holds averages of 21.3 points, 9.3 rebounds and 2.0 steals per game on 53.1 percent shooting from the field. Despite the poor free-throw shooting, fantasy managers should largely be pleased with Williamson so far, as he's equaled his numbers from his rookie year, albeit with more production on the boards. Up next is a game against the Thunder, a team that allowed 32 points to Williamson in their most recent meeting.
