ANALYSIS: Carl Crawford doesn't play against righties, and Enrique Hernandez has cooled off big time after a hot start, so Trayce Thompson has found himself plenty of playing time. The 25-year-old Thompson has delivered in his appearances thus far, with a season line of .282/.345/.544 with seven homers, 18 runs scored and 19 RBI in 103 AB. He's now started 10 straight games, and there's little reason to suspect that will change as long as he continues to produce. Thompson hit 101 HR across seven seasons in the minors— hopefully that will continue to translate to MLB success.
