Rondae Hollis-Jefferson Ruled Out For Game 3
4 years agoToronto Raptors forward Rondae Hollis-Jefferson (knee) has been ruled out for Friday's Game 3 against the Brooklyn Nets. He was listed as questionable earlier in the day, but it appears the team is going to take the cautious approach here. Hollis-Jefferson is dealing with some left knee swelling, so the team is calling him day-to-day for the moment. Head coach Nick Nurse is hopeful that Hollis-Jefferson can return soon. He was only averaging nine minutes per game during the bubble. This won't have a huge impact on the rotation going forward, so the Raptors big men could get a few extra minutes of playing time.
