4 years agoSan Francisco Giants relief pitcher Tyler Rogers notched his third save of the season in Sunday's 4-2 win over the Diamondbacks. Rogers pitched a 1-2-3 ninth inning with two strikeouts to lock the game down, while teammate Tony Watson pitched a clean eighth inning with two strikeouts as well. This comes immediately after a game in which Rogers allowed a run in the eighth inning with Watson earning the save. Rogers has struggled this season, allowing a 6.00 ERA while converting three of five save opportunities. The path to saves on the Giants' team has been unclear this season, with multiple players seeing opportunities. Given his overall performance, Rogers is not a great fantasy option at this time.--Connelly Doan - RotoBaller
