Dodgers @ Phillies
More or Less Contest
Max Scherzer over 7.5 strikeouts and Aaron Nola over 5.5 strikeouts
This is a game that matches up two higher strikeout pitchers vs. two teams that are not striking out a ton at moment, and we are going to go with some overs. Max Scherzer will be facing the Phillies who are posting the second-best k rate vs. right-handers over the previous 10 days with a rate just under 17%. On the season, however, the Phillies are posting a rate of 23.0%, which tells me their recent success could come to an end against Max as he has gone over this total in three of his previous four starts and nine of his previous 12 starts.
5.5 strikeouts just seems too low for Nola. While the Dodgers are posting a K rate of just 19.0% over the previous 10 days, it should be high enough for Nola to go over the prop total. Nola has reached six strikeouts in two of his previous three starts and nine of his previous 13 starts.

White Sox @ Twins
Home Run Blast Contest
Eloy Jimenez, Tim Anderson, and Miguel Sano to combine for over .5 home runs
In the White Sox at Twins game, we have two pitchers giving up a ton of long balls. We will first start with Griffin Jax who has allowed right-handers to go deep off of him six times in just 18 innings pitched. Eloy Jimenez and Tim Anderson should be in great spots to go yard here. Jimenez is posting a ridiculous 1.280 OPS with five bombs over his previous 33 at-bats, so definitely get him involved here. Anderson has actually taken Jax deep once in his two at-bats against him, but he is also posting a .759 OPS with three home runs over his previous 54 at-bats.
Miguel Sano will be facing Dallas Keuchel who has allowed 16 home to right-handed hitters on the season. Over the previous two weeks, Sano has posted a .978 OPS with four bombs. He has also hit five bombs off left-handers in 2021 and seems like the clear choice for the Twins in this prop.
