We have a big slate for tonight, and there are five players at $10,000 or higher, but there are more that should be at least that expensive. We also have quite a few salary relief options, as well. It's a great slate for multiple different lineup construction strategies.
In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for DraftKings on 2/3/17. The DFS lineup picks will range from some of the elite players to mid-priced options and value plays on DraftKings.

DraftKings DFS Guards
Isaiah Thomas – PG, vs LAL ($10,000)
If you’re still doubting Isaiah Thomas, you’re making a huge mistake. Over the last 10 days, he’s averaging 34.3 points, 2.7 rebounds, 8.8 assists, and 1.3 steals per game. He is scoring at an elite level in the fourth quarter, and Thomas is taking at least 20 shots on a nightly basis. He has also been adding peripheral stats, which has only added to his upside, and he’s finally priced appropriately. Thomas can be used in all leagues tonight.
Victor Oladipo – SG, vs MEM ($5,200)
Oladipo is coming off a tough game against the Bulls, but that game was over in the third quarter, and Oladipo only played 25 minutes. Before that game, he had scored at least 29 fantasy points in six consecutive games. He’s averaging well for the Thunder, but he has also been adding a few peripheral stats on a nightly basis. His price dropped quite a bit tonight, but he gets a good matchup against the Grizzlies, who have struggled against the shooting guard this season. Oladipo can be used in all leagues tonight.
Ty Lawson – PG, vs PHO ($3,900)
Lawson is questionable tonight, but he’s expected to play. His minutes have been all over the place recently, but he’s averaging 21.3 fantasy points in 22.1 minutes per game over the last 10 days. Lawson generally plays more than 20 minutes on a nightly basis, and he has the ability to contribute in multiple categories. He gets a great matchup against the Suns, and Lawson is extremely cheap. If he’s announced healthy, he can be used as a salary relief option in all leagues.
DraftKings DFS Forwards
Karl-Anthony Towns – PF/C, at DET ($9,900)
Surprisingly, Towns’ price tag dropped $700 tonight, even though he has been on fire recently. He’s averaging 28.2 points, 11.5 rebounds, 4.2 assists, 2.3 blocks, and 1.0 steals per game over the last 10 days, and he has scored at least 50 fantasy points in six of his last seven games. He comes with elite upside, and while he does get a tough matchup against the Pistons, Towns can be used in all leagues for his ridiculous price tonight.
Jae Crowder – SF, vs LAL ($6,200)
Crowder has quietly been playing well over the last 10 days. Over that span, he’s averaging 19.0 points, 7.3 rebounds, 2.7 assists, and 1.0 steal per game. He has scored at least 30 fantasy points in five of his last six games, and he gets a great matchup against a fast paced Lakers team. There will be plenty of opportunities for Crowder to score fantasy points tonight, and he has been playing well enough to be used in all leagues tonight.
Gorgui Dieng – PF/C, at DET ($5,300)
Dieng is another Wolves player that received a price deduction for no reason tonight. He has been playing well recently, as he’s averaging 7.8 points, 8.2 rebounds, 2.2 assists, 1.0 block, and 1.2 steals per game over the last 10 days. He has scored at least 25 fantasy points in four of his last five games, and he has much more upside than that. He gets a tough matchup against the Pistons, but Dieng scored 28.25 fantasy points against them earlier this season. Dieng can be used in all leagues tonight.
DraftKings DFS Centers
Mason Plumlee – C, vs DAL ($6,300)
Plumlee has been on fire recently, as he’s averaging 13.5 points, 11.3 rebounds, 2.3 assists, and 1.5 steals per game. He still comes with a surprisingly low price tag, and he gets a matchup against the Mavs, who have struggled to rebound the ball this season. He’s averaging 33.1 fantasy points per game against Dallas this season, and there’s little reason to believe he won’t find more success tonight. Plumlee has been hot enough to be used in all leagues tonight.
Steven Adams – C, vs MEM ($4,900)
Adams has been a boom or bust option recently, as he has scored anywhere between 15 and 47.75 fantasy points in each of his last five games. He’s playing big minutes, though, and he is entirely too cheap for his upside. He gets a matchup against the Grizzlies, who he is averaging 29.3 fantasy points against this season. Adams is entirely too risky to be used in cash games, but he’ll make an elite salary relief option in tournaments this season.
