2 years agoAfter an incredible run of approach play in the first half of the year, Aaron Wise has lost strokes on approach in three of his last four starts. At a course that emphasizes the importance of approach play, Wise enters the week with skeptical form in that department. He has been driving the ball with phenomenal consistency, morphing distance and accuracy into perennially prolific results off the tee. His broomstick putter has flashed upside as much as it has disappointed, which leaves Wise backers wondering what kind of performance can be expected this week. --Byron Lindeque
