3 years agoThe New York Jets released veteran safety Adrian Colbert on Tuesday, according to a source. Colbert played 97% of the defensive snaps in Week 2 against the New England Patriots, but that number dropped to 26% against the Tennessee Titans in Week 4, and he hasn't played since due to a concussion. The 28-year-old former seventh-round pick by the San Francisco 49ers in 2017 will be looking for his fifth team in just five NFL seasons after being cut by New York. In four games (three starts) this year, Colbert managed 16 tackles (10 solo).--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
