Alec Burks Returns With Stellar Performance

5 years agoUtah Jazz guard Alec Burks (hand) returned from a four-game absence and recorded 22 points, three assists and one block on seven of 11 shooting. Burks' hand was still bothering him on Monday night, which forced him to make a quick trip to the locker room to have it re-taped up. Burks also kept his hand iced on the bench during the fourth quarter of the team's blowout loss. The 27-year-old should be ok for Wednesday's game against the Dallas Mavericks but make sure no further news comes out about his injury. Utah could use Burks right now with Donovan Mitchell (ankle) suffering from an ankle injury he sustained on Saturday and Joe Ingles (finger) leaving tonight's contest with a separated finger.--Spencer Aguiar - RotoBaller
