3 years agoChicago Bulls guard Alex Caruso (face) has been ruled out for the remainder of Sunday's Game 4 against the Milwaukee Bucks. He was hit in the face in the second quarter of the game. Rookie guard Ayo Dosunmu wound up starting the second half for the team and he should see a lot of usage the rest of the way on Sunday. Caruso played 17 minutes before leaving the game. He racked up four assists, four rebounds, two blocks and one steal without scoring any points.
