5 years agoWashington Nationals right-hander Anibal Sanchez had a poor start on Wednesday against the New York Mets. Sanchez tossed five innings, allowing seven runs on eight hits to go along with just two strikeouts. The outing raised his ERA to 4.11 on the season. Sanchez was bound to have some regression late in the season after skating by with a long stretch of quality outings. The veteran has limited strikeout upside at this point of his career and should be avoided in fantasy unless there is a favorable matchup. He will take the bump against the Minnesota Twins next week.--Adam
