5 years agoWashington Nationals starting pitcher Anibal Sanchez (hamstring) is throwing a simulated game on Friday. The veteran right-hander is hoping to return to the rotation at some point next week, as his hamstring injury wasn't very serious. However, fantasy owners will want to steer clear of him. The 35-year-old is 0-6 on the season with a 5.10 ERA, 1.68 WHIP and 41 strikeouts in 42 1/3 innings over his nine starts. There's almost zero upside left in his right arm nowadays.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
