6 years agoNew York Yankees infielder Brandon Drury (head) took batting practice Monday for the first time since landing on the disabled list for migraines. The 25-year-old reported blurred vision but also admitted to experiencing the symptoms for some time, a scary admission. He’s undergone numerous tests and has been put on anti-inflammatories in an attempt to get rid of the migraines. Drury said he’s been experiencing these issues for six years, frequently batting with blurred vision. While those symptoms have continued, the Yankees deemed it appropriate that he take the aforementioned batting practice Monday. Drury doesn't appear close to a return.--RDelgado
