6 years agoMilwaukee Brewers relief pitcher Brandon Woodruff had an interesting game in NLCS Game 1. He came in as a relief pitcher in the third inning. Woodruff would lead off the bottom of the third by hitting a solo homer that would tie the game at 1-1. He would finish off two innings and leave with the lead. Woodruff would be given the win to go with his blast off of Clayton Kershaw. Woodruff will be used as needed but it is hard to know when or what the result will be.--Jamie Mellor
