3 years agoMiami Marlins third baseman Brian Anderson drew a walk and scored a run in Sunday's Grapefruit League win over the New York Mets. Officially, Anderson ended up 0-for-2 in the game. With Grapefruit League play over for the fish, Anderson finishes up the spring with a .233 batting average and a .576 OPS. A timely reminder that spring stats don't usually matter, but the Marlins are expecting a big season from Anderson, so he'll hopefully get off to a strong start once the games actually count next week.--David A Marcillo - RotoBaller
