D.K. Metcalf Shines On The Big Stage

4 years agoSeattle Seahawks wide receiver D.K. Metcalf showed he was bigger than the moment on Sunday night when he roasted the Eagles in his first career playoff game. Metcalf set a new NFL record for yards in a rookie's playoff debut by hauling in seven passes for 160 yards and a touchdown. He also shattered Seattle's franchise record for receiving yards in a playoff game. Metcalf's performance included two spectacular deep passes that gave Seattle their only passing touchdown on the day and sealed the victory, respectively. Metcalf was a monster throughout the entire game, and his touchdown grab that included falling, getting back up, and fighting through a tackle to get into the end zone was a thing of beauty.--Billy Stonick - RotoBaller
