3 years agoSt. Louis Cardinals starting pitcher Dakota Hudson (elbow) was officially placed on the 10-day injured list. It's a somewhat interesting development, as Hudson was not expected to pitch at all this season after undergoing Tommy John Surgery on his throwing elbow. Recent reports indicated that Hudson was ahead of schedule though, so perhaps the Cardinals placing him on the 10-day IL instead of the 60-day IL is a sign that he could be ready to pitch at some point this season. Still, he's not worth a roster spot in redraft leagues, as he's unlikely to log significant innings even if he does end up on the mound in 2021.--David A Marcillo - RotoBaller
