3 years agoColorado State guard David Roddy was selected with the 23rd overall pick in the 2022 NBA draft. The pick was made by the Philadelphia 76ers, but Roddy was traded to the Memphis Grizzlies after the selection in a package deal that sent De'Anthony Melton to Philadelphia. Roddy was a stat sheet stuffer in his junior year at CSU last year, compiling 19.2 points, 7.5 assists, 1.5 threes, 1.2 steals and 1.1 blocks per game. He shot 57.1% from the field and 43.8% from three-point range. He stands 6'5" and could be a strong three-point threat in the NBA, helping stretch defenses to create space for star Grizzlies point guard Ja Morant.--Andrew Ericksen - RotoBaller
