Donovan Mitchell Rolls Ankle During Fourth Quarter

5 years agoUtah Jazz guard Donovan Mitchell (ankle) played through an ankle injury he suffered during Saturday's blowout loss to the Denver Nuggets. Mitchell rolled his ankle midway through the fourth quarter and needed to be helped off the court. The 22-year-old got taped up in the locker room and was able to re-enter the game. It is promising news that Mitchell felt healthy enough to return during a blowout loss, but it is a situation that is worth monitoring. Mitchell scored 16 points on the night while adding in five rebounds, two assists and five steals in 32 minutes of action. The Jazz are back in action on Monday against the Toronto Raptors.
