Duncan Robinson Fires Up 11 Three-Point Attempts
6 years agoMiami Heat small forward Duncan Robinson is going to attempt to shoot his way onto an NBA roster in 2019-20. Unfortunately for Robinson, his shot wasn’t falling during Tuesday’s Summer League win over the Sacramento Kings, as he finished 2-for-11 from behind the arc. But he did finish with 10 points, six rebounds and six assists, as the Heat appear confident in deploying the sharpshooter a significant minutes total. Robinson appeared in 15 games (one start) with Miami last season, although he shot an uncharacteristic 28.6 percent (10-for-35) from long range. He looks to earn more regular-season looks through his summer performance.

Duncan Robinson Could Play In Game 5
3 years agoMiami Heat guard Duncan Robinson could see some action during Tuesday's Game 5 contest, according to head coach Erik Spoelstra. Robinson has only played one minute through the first four games. However, Spoelstra mentioned that Robinson has stayed ready and that we'll see what happens during Game 5. The Heat might need Robinson to help out with Kyle Lowry (hamstring) sidelined on Tuesday. This team has struggled from downtown, so possibly Robinson could help them. Fantasy managers should still avoid Robinson since it's uncertain if he'll play.

Duncan Robinson, Gabe Vincent Active On Wednesday
3 years agoMiami Heat guards Duncan Robinson (illness) and Gabe Vincent (toe) will both be active for Wednesday night's game against the Boston Celtics. Robinson caught a non-COVID illness and had previously been listed as questionable for the game, but apparently he's healthy enough to give things a go. Vincent, meanwhile, has been plagued by a right big toe contusion. He missed four straight games before returning to action on Monday and scoring five points over 20 minutes.

Duncan Robinson Questionable For Wednesday
3 years agoMiami Heat guard Duncan Robinson (illness) is listed as questionable for Wednesday's game against the Boston Celtics. Robinson came down with a non-COVID illness on Tuesday. The 27-year-old is coming off of one of his better games of the month. He hit five three-pointers on eight attempts in Monday's game against the Sacramento Kings. If Robinson is unable to go on Wednesday, Max Strus and Gabe Vincent (toe) would be in line for extra work, though Vincent is questionable for the game himself.

Tyler Herro, Duncan Robinson Questionable For Friday’s Game
3 years agoMiami Heat shooting guards Tyler Herro (knee) and Duncan Robinson (Achilles) have been deemed questionable to play in Friday's contest vs. the Knicks. Herro was held out Wednesday due to a sprained left knee, which funneled more minutes in the direction of Robinson and paved the way for Max Strus to see time with the second unit. Herro, a strong candidate for Sixth Man of the Year, has been on a scoring tear in March, averaging 24.3 PPG across 10 contests. The Heat have five contributing players tagged as questionable, so fantasy managers will want to check back prior to tip-off to get the final word on who will be available for what should be a defensive-minded matchup.
