4 years agoRoll out the red carpet for Dustin Johnson, as the 24-time PGA Tour winner out of South Carolina is this week's man to beat in Los Angeles. There is good course history, and then there is what Johnson brings to the table at Riviera Country Club. In his past 13 attempts at the venue, the world's top-ranked player has provided nine top-10 showings, including a victory in 2017 and five additional top-fours. There isn't a ton to discuss with the big-hitting American that won't be publicized throughout the industry, but it is an encouraging sign that his short-term form is above his two-year sample size.
