5 years agoBoston Red Sox second baseman Dustin Pedroia (knee) hit and did some running on Wednesday. Pedroia is on the 10-day injured list, but the team won't rush him back after he missed all of last season recovering from knee surgery. The veteran second baseman doesn't have much left at this point and will share playing time at the keystone with Brock Holt and Eduardo Nunez when all three are healthy. Pedroia might be back before the end of the month, but he's merely middle infield depth in AL-only leagues.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
