4 years agoSeattle Mariners first baseman Evan White went 2-for-4 with two homers, three RBI and two runs in Monday's loss to the Dodgers. White has been off to a rocky start to his rookie season with a triple slash of .139/.216/.329 but hopefully the two-homer game can get him on track. In the minors, White had a triple slash of .296/.361/.471. White doesn't have a ton of power upside, which is rare for a first baseman, but he has historically always hit for a good average and walked a decent amount. For now, fantasy owners shouldn't rush to pick White up, but he is worth keeping an eye on.--Steve McCarthy - RotoBaller
