2 years agoNew York Yankees middle infielder Gleyber Torres is not in the starting lineup for Wednesday's game against right-hander Shane Baz and the Tampa Bay Rays. Isiah Kiner-Falefa is returning from a hamstring injury and he'll be covering shortstop for the game while DJ LeMahieu will be manning the keystone. Torres has been solid at the plate all year, but he's been especially hot in June. Over 16 games this month, he's slashing .298/.375/.632 with four home runs, seven doubles, eight RBI and 15 runs.--Andrew Ericksen - RotoBaller
