4 years agoPittsburgh Pirates outfielder Gregory Polanco (shoulder) feels like he's almost back to where he was before a left shoulder injury ended his promising 2018 season and ruined his 2019 campaign. "Last year, I wasn’t healthy. This year, I’m healthy," Polanco said. He said he's feeling no pain or tightness in his surgically repaired left shoulder and is "almost 100 percent" in terms of arm strength. Polanco hit .254/.340/.499 with 23 home runs, 32 doubles and 81 RBI in 130 games in 2018 and led the team in home runs, RBI, slugging percentage and adjusted OPS+. The 28-year-old should benefit from hitting next to slugger Josh Bell, and he's a late-round sleeper that fantasy owners are hoping can rebound and finally stay healthy.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
