Ian Book, Only QB To Play Friday Against Green Bay

2 years agoNew Orleans Saints quarterback Ian Book went 16-for-28 in pass attempts for 138 yards, one touchdown, and one interception while rushing for 49 yards on seven attempts in Friday's 20-10 preseason loss to the Green Bay Packers. The 24-year-old was the lone quarterback to play in Friday's contest. He connected with rookie wide receiver Chris Olave for a 20-yard touchdown strike in the second quarter. This performance does not mean much for fantasy production, but it was good to see a connection with Olave. Look for Jameis Winston to potentially start in the third preseason game against the Los Angeles Chargers to give an honest look at this Saints offense.--Ryan Daugherty - RotoBaller
