6 years agoJ.B. Holmes shot an eight-under par at the Mayakoba Golf Classic, finishing in a share of 48th place. The American has now made his first four cuts of the 2019 season, which includes three top-23 finishes. Holmes was mediocre for the week in most of his statistics, ranking 38th in birdies, 40th in scrambling and 48th in putts per green in regulation. The 93rd-ranked player in the world is not in the RSM Classic this week but will hope to continue his hot start to the year the next time he tees it up. --Spencer Aguiar - RotoBaller
