J.D. Martinez Back, Rafael Devers Out Friday

5 years agoBoston Red Sox outfielder J.D. Martinez (back, illness) is returning to the designated hitter spot and is batting cleanup against Astros starting pitcher Wade Miley on Friday. Martinez has been out since Sunday with a back injury and an illness. Get the elite slugger back into all fantasy lineups against the southpaw. Third baseman Rafael Devers will take a seat against the lefty, with Eduardo Nunez at the hot corner and batting seventh. Nunez is a boom/bust DFS play with limited upside on Friday. Steve Pearce, who recently hit his first homer of the year, will be a sleeper play at first base and in the fifth spot in the lineup against the lefty.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
