2 years agoHouston Rockets rookie forward Jabari Smith Jr. had a strong performance in Thursday's Summer League contest against the Portland Trail Blazers. He played 28 minutes and racked up 19 points, 10 rebounds, two assists and a block while shooting 7-for-13 from the field and 5-for-7 from the free throw line. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to connect on any of his five three-point attempts in the game. Smith has mostly looked good in Summer League play, averaging 15 points and 8.8 rebounds per game across his four games. He shot just 5-for-19 from the field in his second game, but settled down after that. He shot 6-for-12 in his third game and then turned in an efficient outing on Thursday.--Andrew Ericksen - RotoBaller
