6 years agoMilwaukee Brewers reliever Joakim Soria is expected to come off the disabled list for Friday's game against the Pirates. Soria had been on the disabled list with a groin strain but is feeling good after throwing to live hitters on Tuesday. Corey Knebel was optioned to the minors on Thursday, which looks to be the corresponding move to reinstate Soria. Now that Knebel isn't in the picture, Soria has a chance to see some save opportunities, but it's unlikely with how well Josh Hader and Jeremy Jeffress have been in the role lately.--Steve McCarthy - RotoBaller
