5 years agoLos Angeles Clippers shooting guard/small forward Kawhi Leonard connected on 12 of 29 shooting en route to a team-high 36 points in the 110-107 victory over the Mavericks on Tuesday. Leonard struggled from downtown as he connected on just one of nine, but he made up for it at the line where he went 11-for-12. He went on to add 11 rebounds with three steals and two blocks. The Clippers play again on Wednesday, so we can assume Leonard will be sitting that one out with it being the second night of the back-to-back set. Expect Lou Williams and Landry Shamet to soak up some extra minutes.--Gianni Costantiello
