6 years agoWashington Wizards forward Kelly Oubre Jr. posted his second straight game of quality production, recording 19 points, five rebounds, three steals and two three-pointers in Wednesday's 131-117 road victory over the Atlanta Hawks. Oubre Jr. has been a steady producer this season, averaging 12.3 points to go along with 4.5 rebounds and 1.5 threes. Unfortunately, however, the 22-year-old is shooting just 42.5 percent from the field and averaging under one assist, one steal and one block per contest. Oubre Jr. is a top-150 nine-category talent this year, but his upside remains stunted because of his lack of return in multiple statistical categories.--Spencer Aguiar - RotoBaller
