2 years agoAccording to Ian Begley of SNY, sources who are close to the New York Knicks have reported that the team has no interest in trading RJ Barrett. The 22-year-old's name has come up recently as a potential piece in a deal that would land the team star Utah Jazz guard Donovan Mitchell. However, based on Begley's report, it seems unlikely that Barrett would be included in such a deal. The former Duke Blue Devil is coming off of a strong third year in the NBA. Although his field goal percentage dipped from 44.1% in 2020-21 to 40.8% last year, he averaged a career-high 20.0 points per game in 2021-22.--Andrew Ericksen - RotoBaller
