Kole Calhoun Exits Game In Sixth Inning With Injury
4 years agoArizona Diamondbacks outfielder Kole Calhoun (leg) exited Tuesday's game with an apparent leg injury, according to Steve Gilbert of MLB.com. Gilbert reports that Calhoun appeared to have been grabbing his leg around the hamstring area after stealing third base in the sixth inning. Josh Rojas replaced him as a pinch runner, and came around to score on a single by David Peralta. There's no word yet as to the severity of the injury or how long it could keep Calhoun out, who has already missed time early on as he recovered from knee surgery he underwent at the beginning of Spring Training.
