Kyrie Irving Ruled Out For Game 6
3 years agoBrooklyn Nets guard Kyrie Irving (ankle) is out for the pivotal Game 6 matchup against Milwaukee. Irving injured his right ankle on Sunday during the Game 4 loss to the Bucks, and his prognosis isn't good, with the veteran potentially out not only for the remainder of the series but also possibly for the rest of the season. James Harden (hamstring) managed to return on Tuesday, although he was obviously plagued by his nagging right hamstring strain, finishing the night by shooting a rough 1-for-10 from the field and going 0-for-8 from deep. While Landry Shamet got some extra work in Game 5, Jeff Green, who had 27 minutes across 35 minutes in that one, could continue to be the biggest beneficiary with Irving out of commission.
