6 years agoLos Angeles Clippers point/shooting guard Landry Shamet went for a team-high 20 points during Friday’s win over the Sacramento Kings, shooting 5-for-10 from behind the three-point line. Shamet also saw the highest minutes total for any Clipper (33), benefiting from the up-tempo pace of playing Sacramento. He traditionally offers very little else aside from scoring in the stat column, but did add four rebounds and two assists Friday without turning the ball over. He’ll match-up against the New York Knicks on Sunday, whom he recorded a 17-point game against back on Dec. 19 while with the 76ers.--Jesse Borek
