6 years agoPhiladelphia 76ers rookie guard Landry Shamet has been one of the team's most surprising players this preseason, with Friday's preseason victory over the Mavericks continuing that upward momentum for Shamet. He finished with 18 points on 6-for-11 shooting while shooting 42.9 percent from three. Shamet also had three rebounds and an assist. With the 76ers bench not inspiring as much confidence as their starting unit does, Shamet's continued development could lead to playing time this season.
