3 years agoPhoenix Suns shooting guard/small forward Landry Shamet (foot) was unable to participate in Friday's practice, with head coach Monty Williams slapping a day-to-day designation on the sharpshooter. Shamet sustained a left foot injury preparing for Game 1 of the Western Conference playoffs vs. New Orleans, with a potential absence paving the way for Aaron Holiday and Cameron Johnson to see elevated roles among the second unit. Shamet averaged in double figures during both March (10.7 PPG) and April (10.2), as he shot 39.1% from behind the arc during the second half. Fantasy managers will want to check back prior to tip-off Sunday to see if Shamet can ultimately suit up.--Jesse Borek
