4 years agoBrooklyn Nets guard Landry Shamet scored 19 points on 7-for-12 shooting in Thursday's win over the Orlando Magic. He was 5-for-9 from three and also grabbed nine rebounds. It was his best scoring output since a 22-point effort on February 6th, as well as his best rebounding game of the entire season. Shamet has played limited minutes off the bench lately, so we shouldn't read too much into this showing. But Brooklyn's next game is against the Mavericks on Saturday, who allow the ninth-most threes and eighth-most points per game, so if Shamet can get 20-plus minutes again, he'd be an intriguing play.--Justin Carter - RotoBaller
