4 years agoSan Diego Padres catcher Luis Torrens will be behind the dish Sunday catching Adrian Morejon against Houston. Torrens has now started back-to-back contests, with Austin Hedges sitting as he remains in an early season offensive malaise (.152/.220/.348). Yet to show much offensively at the Major League level, Torrens isn’t so much a fantasy asset as what his playing time indicates about Hedges, even with Francisco Mejia (thumb) out of the mix. With Zack Greinke on the mound, DFS owners can look elsewhere for catcher production Sunday.--Jesse Borek
