6 years agoMilwaukee Brewers catcher Manny Pina has been placed on the 10-day DL with a right calf strain. This comes as quite a surprise, as Brewers manager Craig Counsell said that he might've been able to start today. In Pina's absence for the next 10 days, Jett Bandy will get the majority of the starts at catcher, while prospect Jacob Nottingham might get some action as well after being called up. Neither catchers warrant much fantasy value.--Caden Inaba
