4 years agoSeattle Mariners starting pitcher Marco Gonzales gave up five runs on six hits and a walk through six innings in Monday's win over the Athletics. This was the most runs that Gonzales has given up this season, so the fact that he was still able to record seven strikeouts and get the win means it wasn't a terrible start for fantasy owners. Gonzales now sits at 6-2 with a 3.49 ERA and is a reliable mid-level starting pitcher moving forward. He is scheduled to face the Astros on Monday and is a decent option.--Steve McCarthy - RotoBaller
